Our client initially approached us with a vision for a seamlessly accessible yard exuding a natural charm. They expressed a desire for a generously proportioned walkway to complement their outdoor space. The primary objective was to address the safety concerns posed by the deteriorating slate and concrete pathway. However, as construction progressed, the client's aspirations expanded, leading us to undertake additional enhancements. These included revamping the backyard patio and introducing new landscaping features, featuring 3" round stones accented by metal borders.
As the project neared completion, the client expressed interest in illuminating the outdoor space. Responding to their request, we presented the Dauer lighting product, renowned for its quality and backed by a robust 5-year warranty. Additionally, we utilized materials from Unilock, renowned for their durability and supported by a lifetime transferable warranty.
Following the
project's conclusion, an unforeseen natural event—a lightning storm—resulted in damage to the lighting transformer. While such occurrences typically pose warranty complications, our supplier and Dauer collaborated to ensure a swift resolution. Through their efforts, the client received a replacement transformer, exemplifying our commitment to client satisfaction and seamless project execution.
